Fostering

I understand that fostering is a commitment of time, energy and love. I agree to work with The Canine Rescue to provide a safe, loving and temporary home for the dog(s) placed in my care.(Required)

I aknowledge that fostering is a volunteer position and that I am NOT an employee or agent of The Canine Rescue.(Required)

I understand that all veterinary decisions, expenses, and supplies must be approved by The Canine Rescue in advance, If I choose to pay for vet care, training, or supplies without prior written approval, I accept full financial responsibility.(Required)

I acknowledge that The Canine Rescue is NOT liable for any injury, harm, or death caused by the foster dog(s) to myself, members of my household, guests, visitors, or any third party - including minors or children in the home. I accept full responsibility for supervising all interactions between the dog and any person, especially children.(Required)

I understand that fostering a dog means I am assuming full day-to-day responsibility for the dog's care, safety, supervision, and wellbeing during the foster period. This includes feeding, exercising, socializing, and monitoring the dog's behavior and health.(Required)

I will not transfer, rehome, or abandon the dog under any circumstances. I agree to return the dog to The Canine Rescue if I am no longer able to foster.(Required)

I acknowledge that The Canine Rescue is not liable for any damages, injuries, or expenses caused by or related to the foster dog(s) while in my care. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, bites, scratches, or behavioral issues.(Required)
